hi sages- have been doing one job at a time on my 92 240 volvo. have repaired a number of items on my volvo which i have had for about a year. the volvo sages here and the bentley manual have helped me very much and i appreciate you folks and your sense of humor which is almost as low as mine. heres the next problem. the horn has not worked since day one. have checked bentley on this and it is not very helpful. looks like horn does not have a relay. took out horn and hotwired it and it works. figure only item left is switch in wheel behind exploder srs pad. nobody has the switch except dealer which has the usual supercharged price and who wants to do whole job for big dollars since it is a "big" job. am i on the right track with the elusive horn switch. do you have any shortcuts. dont feel comfortable taking off the exploder pad to get at the switch. hear that if itgoes off exhorbitant cost of repair will put this classic in the junkyard. thanks for your guidance. oldduke
