Volvo 780 accident damage question 700 1991

Hi all, was involved in a fender bender recently. Damage to the passenger side of the front bumper. No damage to the fender or air dam but I am afraid the whole bumper will need to be replaced. And also cracked the turn signal lens.

My question, is how expensive will this be to fix worst case scenario? The car has a little more than 180k and overall in pretty good shape so I know this needs to get fixed one way or the other. And being a 91' the car is pretty rare and this is the only real damage to the body as I have babied the car.

Are front bumpers easy to score from salvage yards and would labor for something like this be over the top? I would consider selling it but do not know if people would buy a car with a totaled bumper. I have another car so I do not want to get TOO much in the hole paying for this (we decided for now not to get the insurance involved).

thanks,
broken-hearted
