A few questions about new purchased 940 900 1993

I found a 93' 940 wagon for the wife and would greatly appreciate your input on a few things. A little history : I bought it from a used car dealer although maintainace records from previous owner plus the condition of the fluids suggests the car has been sitting in one place for a long time. It looks beautiful and runs great with 129,000 miles & a clean carfax. I replaced the oil and did a tyranny flush was about to change the coolant, the radiator looks old should I replace it? I was wandering about the electric fan which didn't turn on, is there a way to test it? The alternator light in the dash doesn't show up at all so I bought a volt meter that plugs in the cigar lighter which reads 13.4 volts. Please point me in the right direction.

This is my 3rd volvo, looks almost identical to the two previous 740's except for the single electric fan??? am I missing the one in front of the A/C Condenser or did they not have it that year ? Would love to know what you guys would would look out for.
Thank you for taking the time to read and answer me
Have a great day
Alan
