what is a good brand or store choice for a 240 horn 200

hi sages- just about every time this last year ive done a repair on my 92 240 ive received good advice on how to do the job myself from the forum which ive done and saved a small fortune over dealer clips and other shyster mechanics. recently reconnected a loose ground wire under lower steering column cover and horn worked. behind grill is a single horn which looks like a replacement (klaxon made in france with a date of 1992). here is my problem. horn which im told is switched through ground and not positive at the wheel buttons, makes an audible beeping sound which you can hear outside the car, but im concerned will be too soft in traffic. pictures in bentley and haynes show two horns behind the grill. thinking i ought to replace the horn with a louder one or go to two horns as the pictures show. horn choices at autozone(which are chinese) are rated loud, louder and loudest. thinking i will upgrade to louder(concerned coppers will ticket me if i get the loudest rated. what do you recommend for selection, etc. anything i should be careful about on rewiring the new horn or horns? all of these horns have two terminals labeled 12v . the volvo plug connector has a two wire, round terminals like ford which i would have to change since the new ones have flat blade terminals. thanks tons oldduke
