Me Too!!! Ordered GMB tensioner. Received URO. 900

I am with you on the FCP going down the hill. FCP used to be one of my favorite Volvo parts suppliers. Back in the time when their website was primitive, but they sold genuine Volvo or OEM parts and they were really careful with the quality of their aftermarket offerings. Then something happened and FCP became a cheap Chinese Junk (CCJ) dealer. Most parts either are not offered as genuine Volvo or the prices on Genuine Volvo parts are way worse than Tasca. I now use Tasca for most of my Volvo parts needs. Sometimes my local indie used Volvo dealer/mechanic has the parts I need and he definitely keeps good replacement parts in stock. Either Genuine Volvo or alternatives he has tested in the real world. He has LOTS of repeat business and that's the way he rolls. Once I spoke with the guy who buys parts for that place and turns out they use Tasca for most things also. I have not been able to place an FCP order the last several times either because they had nothing but CCJ choices or the proces were higher than Tasca. Too bad, because I really liked that outfit. Now it turned into a belated DotCom of some sort. Glad to see I am not alone in this.
