I believe my '65 (actually a re-titled '64) had been relieved of it's toolkit by the time I bought it in late '66, so I can't comment on the details beyond what I found in the owners manual. But I clearly remember both 122's that I purchased new ('67 & '68) having the same kit, but with red handles on the screwdrivers. At some point (maybe my new '69 140?) the two screwdrivers became one - a single screwdriver handle with a "flippable" combination flat/phillips shaft. But I believe all three had the adjustable wrench with the pipe wrench-like teeth on the handle end.

Damn, I used to buy a lot of cars! :)
