what relay is this? / trying to find wiper relay 200 1989

Trying to find the wiper relay (to re-solder it); found this one that clicks randomly, I think only while the igntion is on.

There are two of them (don't know what the numbers are on the other one) stuck to the firewall behind the carpet and that metal plate, on the left side near the door.
2 rows of 3 contacts, two rows of numbers:
89 8465 and
1 363 516

Anybody know what this one is / why it keeps double-clicking, and where the wiper relay might be/should be? The books and websearches are no help.
