What's with FCP lately?

I've had good luck with them in the past. I placed an order with them very early this month. Not having received the order last week, I went on line and logged in to my account. Much to my surprise, my order wasn't showing in their records. I sent them a message asking if I'm the only one with a lost order and they have not responded... I'll place the order again, but I'd like a response to my question regarding the lost order.
