What's with FCP lately?

Since they decided to grow into an Import Car parts company too, the Euro area has suffered.
They are not as friendly as they were.. "What do you need, Thank you"
is what you get. They used to remmeber me and 'round off' some prices and give me free shipping even when I was a bit short on the minimum. Too bad it was like a mom and pop shop, you called, they knew you, and I liked it that way.
FYI they haven't found anything to write home about as far as their Import parts pricing and parts are concerned.
I buy my Honda Oil filters from them.. everything else Priced the same as buying local.
