142 warm start up problem 140-160 1972

I'm sorry. My post is misleading. I'm not a mechanic. All the mechanical work done to my car has been done by professionals. I am too afraid of making problems worse on this car, mostly because it's my DD. Right now, I'm mostly trying to learn how all the car's mechanical systems work so I can post intelligible questions to people who know what the hell they are doing. I'm going to buy an ohmmeter in a few days and try doing this myself. I really want to learn but I have to get over this fear of breaking shit.
