Put Non-Power 740 Seat Rails on 760 Seats? 700 1990

I've got a '90 765T and the power seats are not working. I used to have a '92 745T that had the manual seats that always worked great. I don't care about having power seats and would really rather have manual adjustable ones and was wondering if it's possible to swap in the seat rails, etc. from a 740 into my 760 to do away with the power option.

Has anyone ever tried this? Are the seat bottom assemblies the same and the only difference is the bottom assemblies whether they are power or non-power?
