240 Horn Cover Removal? '87 (non-airbag) 200

I want to pull my horn cover off without messing anything up. Horn works fine, but I have a little rattle that transmits up the steering column when I'm on bumpy roads and want to check that there is nothing loose in there.

This may be a result of waiting too long to replace the front struts or maybe there is something loose in the suspension that the mechanic that replaced the ball joints and struts didn't check. I'm not sure how much feedback I should be feeling, but I don't think there is any shock dampener in the steering system of a 240.
