Ruptured Intercooler to turbo hose 700

was coming home earlier & all of a sudden car lost power & would not accelerate. Car seemed to idle decently, and did not die. Absolutely no power. Limped home about 15 miles at 30 {and lower} mph. I just noticed the hose on the passanger side from the turbo to the intercooler is ruptured. Is this the cause for the power loss & also the car was putting out quite a bit of smoke. 201,000 miles, excessive head pressure I haven't figured out, but overall a clean 89 760 wagon. When I say excessive head pressure, it smokes out of dipstick & oil filler hole. My main concern now is the hose i hope. Let me Know what ya'll think. Thanks
TexasSteve
