B21F to B230FT motor swap 200

I have an '87 B230FT that I'm trying to swap into my '80 242 with M46 and have a couple of questions:

1) I'm going to use the M46 on the car which has the cable driven clutch, I noticed the M46 we took off the B230FT had the hydraulic clutch, which flywheel/clutch should I use, the one on the B21F or the one off the B230FT? I'm going to purchase a new clutch kit for whichever flywheel I use.

2) Can I use the distributor off of the B21F , it does have a mechanical advance as well as the vacuum advance, is this compatible with the EZK/LH2.2?
