How to fix this error 200

That link tells an email program that is locally installed on your computer, something like Outlook, Outlook Express, Thunderbird, etc, to start and to get busy constructing an email to send to that address.
It will not work with a webmail application like Hotmail, Yahoo, etc. For those you have to copy/paste the address into a new mail that you run, in that program.
