2007 S40

I purchased my 07 S40 about 4 months ago and have been having the same problem. When I turn the steering wheel at times I lose all electrical in the dash, floating stereo and my ac/heat goes out. This also sometimes happens when I accelerate or have been driving a while. Also, when I drive my headlights flicker. I've taken my car in several times and they are unable to replicate what seems to be a phantom electrical issue or short. The battery and alternator have both been tested as ok. Has anyone else had this type of issue or might you have any suggestions as to what it could be?
