There are no "Bad-Year" Amazons. Just some 6-voltiness on the early ones, and some weak rubbery trim on the last few. All are excellent - rust not withstanding...

As Paul says, pre-1964 will have the awesome grills. Aside from 6-volt systems, the only other "bad" thing is front Drum Brakes found on the early years. 'think you're good, but check it. Discs are an easy upgrade on an amazon, but it could be annoying if you've got a drum brake front and lack access to affordable parts.
