Replacing the rear hatch 200

My 89 245 station wagon has rear hatch issues. It is rusting all along the bottom window lip and there is also water getting in from the top at the gasket. I want a rear hatch from a 90-93 with the flush rear window. I am currently searching junkyards. Should these be in good supply?

What does it take to replace? Does the electric stuff and key lock replace easy enough? I think I will want a brand new gasket as well depending on the condition. Are these still available from Volvo?
