Pedal parts, swap from auto to stick, '74 140 140-160 1974

Helping a fellow BB'er with parts for his transmission swap in a '74. I've never done such a job in a late 140, so I'm hoping someone that has can help/confirm.

I agreed to grab the pedals out of my donor car, and whatever mounting bracketry required. Pictured below is what I grabbed. Is that all he will need?

Main questions being, will his existing firewall plate accept this bracket? And is the existing hole in his firewall plate suitable as it is for accepting the clutch cable?

I'd rather not have to pull the whole firewall plate from the donor, and... I don't see that there is any reinforcement in the plate in my car, so.. I'm hoping I can just send off what's pictured (yea, there's extra bits attached, of course, so he'll have some extra bits. ) and he'll be good to go.. at least under the dash. As it is, of course, it's just loosely assembled so he knows how it all fits together.

Thanks for insights!
