Incredibly bad service!! I tried to cancel an order immediately after purchase. I sent emails asking for reimbursement or store credit. I searched the internet and found a number and called numerous times with no answer. I even phoned paypal and made sure I did all the necessary steps. they still shipped the product!

I had a shipping order forwarded by the shipper and called him and told him the story. He said these guys are known for this. He told me to send it back when it came for a full refund.

I sent an email ,again ,to vlv world and said I would call the bbb and would tell my story everywhere I could unless they contacted me. I finally got an email from them saying I would be refunded.

Well They sent me a partial refund with no explanation why. Now I can get no response from them.

What do I do? Has anyone ever got to actually contact these guys?
