B20 overheating 120-130

Not if the bottom of the radiator is staying cold.
The thermostat also bypasses part of the cooling system for rapid warmup and if the thermostat is removed the bypass remains open (the tube that sticks up under the thermostat. It may be that your high temp thermostat is sticking shut but if you were getting good flow through the radiator the temp would get cooler gradually from top to bottom and none of it would be COLD.
