Headlight lens damage. S90-V90 1998

Just noticed yesterday that the driver's side headlight lens has rock hit damage right in the center. Looks like a cone of glass is cracked out on the inside.

I have a headlight from a 1997 965, all OK except for the mounting "ears". Is is possible to swap the lenses? They seem sealed on, but with clips, too. Has anyone ever concocted new "ears" on one of these?

Options that I see, in order of labor content:
Option 1 - leave it be.
Option 2 - swap lights.
Option 3 - swap lenses.
Option 4 - buy from someplace, $200 to $400. Ugh.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Bob
