replace water pump or just donut gasket? 200 1993

Hey guys,
totally opinon land here but... I got a Hepu pump with about 30k miles on it that started to leak at the top where the donut gasket mates to the bottom of the cylinder head. Took a lot of observation to figure this out - you know how leaking stuff goes everywhere. And it only leaks when it's dead cold like the middle of the night. So, what's your opinion - just replace the gaskets ($3.60) or while it's off just do the whole pump ($57 Hepu or $37 GMB)?
