Intake / Exhaust Manifold installation procedure B18D 120-130

Ready to reinstall manifolds on B18D. What is proper procedure?

Surfaces clean and flat, new gasket. Stud threads chased and lubed.

Do you use glue or light grease to position gasket? Then hang exhaust with thick washers and lock nuts, with front and rear getting thick washer with SU return spring mount while rear also gets heater pipe clamp over thick washer, followed by Intake with thin washers and lock nuts, then exhaust flange gasket to downpipe with 2 new lock nuts? All locknuts the same? On Model As we always installed brass locknuts on the down pipe mating flange for easier later removal.

What is proper torque value and pattern on B18D?

Thanks again,
