cylinder 1 misfire on at idle when cold 200

1991 240 B230f 2.4
Ok here are the things that have been done.
I replaced;
plugs
plug wires
cap
rotor
intake gasket
flame trap and hoses
oil box
throttle body gasket
I cleaned;
IAC
throttle body
TPS is set correctly.

I have swapped injectors and and spark plug wires.

Every morning when I first go to start up I have a really rough idle I have isolated it by pulling out the plug wires and its misfiring at cylinder 1 when it is not connected it idles the same no change (plug close to radiator) heavy smell of fuel and then it starts to idle normally and start firing after about 2 minutes and then runs fine. all the plugs look good except the #1 plug which is dark and wet. I have swapped in a good known injector and new plugs and its still happening. All restarts when warm are smooth no misfire but if i let her sit for more than a couple of hours and she gets cold it happens again (very rough idle with misfire) only when cold.
Any ideas???
