Rear Drum Will Not Come Off - 63PV544 444-544

Help, the right rear brake hub will not slide off the shaft on my 63 PV544.

Just pulled apart the LEFT right brake successfully including removal of wheel cylinder and back plate.

Unfortunately, the RIGHT rear brake drum will not budge. I backed off the shoes completely and mounted a puller. Driving the puller with a 400 + ft-lb air gun and beating the drum with a mallet does not move it. It looks like I’m about to damage the puller threads.

I cannot tell, but could the key be jammed? Regardless, any suggestions on how to remove this stubborn brake drum? I was thinking of heating it with a torch, but wondering if I could cause any damage.

Any recommendations would be appreciated. Also, this is my first time working on this vehicle or its kind and I’m wondering what would cause this condition?
