I need a new rear hatch seal 200 1989

I have water leaking into the rear hatch and into the trunk space when it rains. The rear hatch seal is torn and I suspect water is getting in from there. What do you folks do for replacing this? Hopefully there is a cheap solution as I only want to get 1-2 more years out of this rear hatch before buying the newer style with the flush rear window from a junkyard.
