740 engine stumbling when revved once started 700 1991

Wow it has been a long time since I have been here. volvos still around just no problems :)

740 91 100K immaculate sedan, B230F, auto, Rex Regina ignition

Lately it has started stumbling on startup if the engine is revved.
By this I mean, if you start it, and not touch the throttle, it is OK except sometimes it might idle a bit rough for a while, if you start it and rev it (like we used to do in the carb years to trigger the choke) it typically stumbles down, dies, and starts up with difficulty afterwards.

Cables, plugs, cap and rotor are all brand new and good quality.

fuel pump relay was changed last fall (due to another issue).

The rest of the car is basically stock but immaculate.

It seems to do this more when restarted warm (not cold).

I am thinking of just removing and cleaning up the throttle body and making sure the TPS is clicking correctly at idle.

Also thinking of looking at the fpr and the vacuum hose to it.

Ideas?

Thanks!
