Now The Door Panels.... 200 1992

So now that the seats and carpet are done, it's time to replace the speakers and grills that the PO somehow managed to destroy. Now, I've removed door panels countless times, but I recall that the 240 ones are a bit different. Just asking someone to confirm that, once the armrests are unbolted, they need to be rotated up (or down--I forget) to be removed. I recall that they're one some type of cam-lock mechanism....and I don't want to be pulling in a direction I shouldn't. Then the door panel can be popped and lifted. Do I remember this correctly?
