Well,..Didn't get to far today..I looked for my Volvo maintenance and repair manual for 2 hrs and no damn luck finding it..What i did notice was It seemed all the pulleys lined up ok but not the distributor pulley..Could never get the white dot to the top with everything else lined up..And without the manual i had no reference beyond partial memory..Went ahead and pulled the valve cover and checked the valve gear..It looked really good and all the valve springs felt a bit weak but working fine..So i did a compression check just to see what I'd get...#1-90psi/#2-95psi/#3-185psi/#4-190psi....Went back and wet tested the 2 front #1-125psi/#2-140psi...I guess not knowing if this thing is timed right it might just give those readings..Thats as far as i got today..Anyone have a spare timing pulley diagram laying around..:)..85 B230 240DL wagon....Guess i'll have to buy another manual..:)...I also need to pull the the timing pulley to make sure the pin is not sheared...All i know for now!!
