Factory Speakers and Grills 200 1992

Since I am kinda lazy, before I got to removing the inner door panels as I indicated in a previous post, I got to thinking......

For me, this is a dangerous pastime, indeed. But the thought was that I'm removing the panels because the PO really chewed up both the factory speakers and protective grills in the doors. Why or how, I have no idea. I'm thinking that I'd better ask if the speakers and grills are removed from outside or if I even have to remove the panels because they're secured from the inside? Anyone?
