Can new rotors be mounted so that they act like they're "warped'? 200 1984

I recently put lots of work into my 1984 244's brakes, including new front rotors, new pads front and rear, and new piston seals on the front calipers.

I replaced the Pads in July, the rotors and calipers at the same time in October or November.

I had some superficial rust on some of the pistons, but none of them had been leaking. The replacement of seals went fine, but took forever, which is slightly less time than bleeding took. (This experience made me love my sliding pin 90 740T's brakes all the more. So simple and elegant, and much more tolerant IME, not to mention 4 bleeders for the whole system vs. 10.)

The bleeding went horribly. Everywhere I bled, i kept finding air bubbles. I think I put a full quart through the thing throughout the day. I followed the procedure correctly, but at one point had the master cylinder run dry and had to re-bleed. I also had a leaky bleeder on the top outside passenger side. While mounting the second rotor, I found I did not thoroughly clean the 1st plate (part of the wheel hub) that the rotor mounts to, but was too tired to disassemble everything again. I did clean both, but cleaned one better than the other.

Anyway, long story short, what should I look at first for causing a pulsing that feels like a warped rotor? (and squeaking when I have the pedal depressed a little, but not enough to slow the car). This started happening within a few weeks (one tank of gas) of the installation, and hasn't gotten worse. The squeaking makes me think one piston isn't moving.

I'm thinking I may be able to see wear on each rotor that could tell me which one has the trouble.

Cheers
Will
