Engine pressure? 200 1986

Ok I posted last week with regards to engine pressure here is an update of sorts, I stop and open hood occasionally while driving, I do still have some blow when I press my hand over the oil cap fill, but the cam seal is not leaking nor is the oil cap dancing ( big chrome cap) at engine idle. Oil dip stick is staying in place. I am running a quart of rislone in it to see if thie engine pressure reduces. I checked fuel mileage in town (21.35) so this means 341 mile range on a 16 gallon tank (if that is correct size) my fuel gauge does not register may be inside tank fuel sensor?
