Oil Coating on Backside of Fan Blades, Inside the Fan Shroud and TB Cover?? 200

While changing the oil on my wife's 245 I have noticed a coating of some oily substance all over the TB cover, the inside of the fan shroud, the back side of the fan blades.

Has any body experienced this before and where was it coming from?

Can the radiator leak trans fluid through the radiator that would cause this? A quick look at the back side of the radiator does not indicate any oil. Any engine seal leaks I have had have never coated these parts with oil like I am seeing on this one.

Thanks
Dan
