Amazon.com..Did I Miss The Fine Print??

Ordered a full set of pads and rotors for my 740. The boxes containing the parts which were placed inside shipping boxes look like they came from a train wreck...Damaged and obviously handled roughly. The Wagner brake pads that came with the order are missing one anti rattle clip and there are no shims. No idea if they should come with shims or not but the clip obviously went missing from the damage the inside box had.

I made sure the items were sold and shipped by Amazon too and spent a good deal of time looking up part numbers and prices to try to avoid surprises.

This is the kind of stuff I would expect at a flea market...Not Amazon.

Anybody experience this kind of thing from them?
