Positive Crankcase pressure 200 1989

Howdy again, all...

Our 1989 240 still has an oil cap that does not pass the "jiggle" test.. it bounces around like crazy when resting on the opening, and you can tell that there's a lot of pressure on it. The car runs fine. This is our second 240 and those of you that remember me know that I go through these cars pretty thoroughly when I get one. On this one, I've replaced the breather box and flame trap, associated vacuum hoses, intake manifold and throttle body gaskets, cleaned the throttle body, and we just put a new fuel pressure regulator on it and changed all the fuel injector seals.

What else could be causing the excess pressure? I'm worried about the car blowing out seals while my son is away at college; he's taking the car back with him again tomorrow morning. Any ideas?

Thanks..

Barry

Oh... another thing... volvo dealerships, including Tasca, can't get the steel 14" wheels for this car any more. If you have'em, treat'em nice or sell'em to me. . I'm going to go look at another 240 in about 30 minutes.. wish me luck!
