Rear Axle Oil Seal Felt Ring – 63PV544 444-544

Recently I restored both my rear brake assemblies, but I’m not sure if I have the necessary felt rings in place. The oil seal outer cover has a felt ring attached to it, but when I look at the CVI catalog, it looks like there may be a second felt ring. I’m new to this vehicle, so is there one or two felts?
