Blower Motor Changed / Air Con No Longer Works 200 1992

Joe,

Most often post fan replacement problems are due to disconnected ground wires that go to the floor/tunnel. It is also possible that a leak developed in the AC system resulting in the loss of refrigerant. The AC delay relay is on the right side of the console just behind the control panel.

To force the compressor to start, disconnect the wire coming from the compressor (green I think) and jumper it to the positive terminal of the battery, this engages the compressor. Start the car and see if the AC blows cold inside the car, if so, the refrigerant level is probably okay.

Report back with findings.
