Removing Fuel Lines From Fuel Rail 200 1989

I'm having a hell of a time trying to unscrew the fuel lines from my fuel rail. Any advice on making it happen? I already bent 1 connector so I got smart and I'm using 2 wrenches and have soaked the things over night in PB Blaster. I'll ultimately get this seperated (I think) but I'm working this hard with the rail OUT of the car. I'm wondering how the hell I'm going to do it while it's on the engine! Any advice is appreciated.

For those who love details. My car has almost 300k miles and I decided to not just put new seals on the injectors, I'm rebuilding them. So I snagged a rail and injectors from Crazy Ray's, cut the hoses, and will clean and refinish the rail, install a new regulator, rebuild my injectors and then swap in the entire thing.
