Do 940s inherently have less brake boost? 900

Hi all,

After years of 240s, I have a '94 940, and I love it. My only complaint is with the brakes; it feels as if there is very little assistance from the booster.

I did the test recommended in the FAQ: pump several times, then start the car. Pedal should drop a bit, indicating all is well. All seems well.

Is there anything else I can do to get more boost? In a hard/quick stop, I really have to stand on the pedal.

Thanks,

Monty
