Replaced control arm bushings - but getting a klunk 700

Hi,

I recently had my control bushings replaced with a kit from IPD #101739.
http://www.ipdusa.com/products/5303/101739-front-bushing-kit-rubber

I got an alignment after the bushing kit install. And the car drove really well - it drives better.

But there is a clunk sound that is very specific. It is clearly coming from the bushings and I think it is the inner control arm stay bushing - the cylindrical insert. The clunk occurs under slow speed when making a tight turn left or right. I can just about feel the clunk in my feet as it comes through the floor pan.

Has anyone had issues with this kit from IPD?
