Are the 90-93 cruise control systems reliable? 200 1992

Hi,

Was wondering if anyone had any experience at all with the 90-93 model year cruise control systems and had any opinions as to their reliability. As searched the archives and saw complaints about the older pre-90 units which I understand are different in that they run off of engine vacuum. I had been thinking about acquiring a 90-93 set up to put in our 92 245. We only go on vacation once a year and it's only about a 4 1/2 hour drive, but man does that drive give me a cramped ass!

Look forward to hearing your opinions,

Travis
