The Death of FCP, Groton, Ct

I'm local to the original FCP in Groton, and I go to them out of convenience- I have had numerous issues with basic parts availability and wrong parts for several years now, since they moved to their new location and started becoming a large on-line retailer. I have never had anyone reply to the on-line chat on the website, and in-store the counter guys are usually asleep at the switch. Lack of customer service would be one thing if they fulfilled orders correctly, but their inability to do that make them loosers in the parts business- I wonder if they just don't care. And why their warehouse is now ~30min from their retail location is a mystery to me- it mean that if you order in the AM, you are lucky to get it by the end of the day.
