i agree. they've sent me the wrong parts multiple times recently, and in my last order a damaged tie rod (along with another wrong tie rod...how do you pull two different tie rods?) and it was rather time sensitive so i was extra frustrated. i've never received an apology for any of their mistakes and the staff i've spoken to is not very knowledgeable. i've had just about enough of them too.
