940 cowl won't stay down in center 900 1993

Hi,
I've got a 93 940 wagon where the center of the cowl keeps rising up and when it does, it will bind with the hood went it opens. If I loosen the center bolt for the cowl and push it down and tighten, it's good for a while but slips back up over time.

Is there something I need to do to lock this down? When I read some of the descriptions of removing the cowl, they say it needs to slide forward to remove. I'm wondering is something didn't engage when it was slid back into position? Any other ideas or suggestions?

Thanks!
Lyle
