B18B running issue 140-160

When engine is running use can of WD40 or equivalent on all inlet gaskets and flanges. If running improves you have found vacuum leak. Do needle and seat assemblies have filters attached?,are they clogged?. Richen mixture as George suggests. Are you getting 12v to coil when cranking?, try ballast resistor and 9v coil. Check valve timing, TDC compression no1 valves on no4 should be rocking.
