Engine mount change. 700 1991

I will be changing the motor mounts on my 91 sedan , non turbo . The radiator fan is not centered anymore , just about one quarter of an inch between fan blade and lower part of the shroud. In addition the oil pan is just about resting on the rubber bumper that is on the cross member. Also the classic vibration and so on. So , I want to understand a bit more and to confirm a few things in addition to whats there in the FAQs. For both sides and looking down into the engine I see three nuts .One being (looks like a 15mm )for the mount as it protrudes through the top bracket. And the other two ( 13mm ?)are for the bottom bracket which secures it to the frame. I gather there is a third that can only be accessible from underneath. Can someone confirm? That being the case I intend to remove the mount by undoing the top nut and the three lower bracket bolts/nuts that the mount sits on . Does this seem to be the way for changing these mounts? Thanks and please chime in..regards
