How does one tighten the emergency brake cable 120-130 1965

Another world class basic question----where do I find the place to adjust the emergency brake cable on a 122 (Amazon)????
The rear brakes are fine and dandy....I took it in to a shop a while back for some other work and I was told that the e-brake was "kinda dragging" a bit (it hasn't been driven much in recent years) so the tech backed the cable off so it wouldn't grab---at least that's what he told me---and added that after a while I should tighten up that cable so that the emergency brake is operable.

I've done this on several Beetles over the years and it is easy-peasy, but I can't figure out where they hide the adjuster for the emergency brake cable. Thank you and I apologize for being so ignorant.
