A/C Compressor cycling fast 200

If the pressoswitch is not working correctly will that cause the compressor to cycle on and off really fast, like on/off every 2-3 seconds?

I thought maybe it was the actual cycle switch on the dryer/accumulator so I did change that but it still does the same thing.

This all started after getting all the R12 out and changing over with a vacuum pull down and recharge of 134a.

Prior to that, the compressor was cycling normally as and indication of low refrigerant. I did not change the orifice tube and am thinking that my be clogged.

any thoughts?
