bogs down at 3000 rpm... 200 1989

These are the symptoms:
89 240
1.runs really crappy until it warms up, even when its 80 outside.
2.when the tach hits 3k the engine bogs down...not all the time
3.at random times it runs absolutely great...
4.idles high at random times

new main fuel pump and intank fuel pump
new coolant sensor
new exhaust
new o2 sensor
